- Granite: 100% natural stone from the earth. Extremely durable, heat-resistant, and each slab is unique.

- Marble: Natural stone with beautiful veining, but softer and more prone to etching/staining (best for low-traffic areas or bathrooms).

- Quartz: Engineered stone (90–95% natural quartz + resin). Non-porous, zero maintenance, but not heat-resistant like granite.

- Quartzite: Natural stone that looks like marble but is as hard (or harder) than granite. Very durable and trendy right now.

2. Is granite still popular in 2025–2026?**

Yes! Granite is making a huge comeback with new exotic colors (Taj Mahal, Blue Bahia, Magma Gold, Cristallo) and leathered/honed finishes. It’s more popular than ever in modern and transitional kitchens.

3. How much do granite countertops cost per square foot?**

Prices in 2025 range from:

- Level 1 (basic colors): $40–$65 per sq ft installed

- Level 2–3 (most popular): $65–$95 per sq ft installed

- Exotic/Premium (rare colors): $100–$200+ per sq ft installed

4. Do I need to seal granite countertops?**

Yes, once every 1–3 years depending on the stone and usage. We seal all countertops before installation and give you a free sealer bottle at the end of the job.

5. Can granite crack or chip?**

Granite is one of the hardest materials on earth, but it can chip if something extremely heavy is dropped on the edge. Chips are easily repaired and usually invisible after fixing.

6. Is granite heat-resistant?**

Yes! You can put hot pots straight from the stove onto granite without damage. (Try that with quartz and it will scorch.)

7. How long does the entire process take?**

From template to installation: usually 7–14 business days (faster if we have your slab in stock).

8. Do you remove and dispose of my old countertops?**

Yes, full demolition and removal is included in every job. We also disconnect and reconnect your sink/plumbing.

9. Can you do mitered (thick) edges or waterfall islands?

Absolutely! We specialize in 3cm mitered edges (makes it look like 6cm thick) and waterfall islands.

11. Is granite safe for food? Is it radioactive?

All our granites are tested and well below safe radon levels. It’s completely safe for food preparation.

12. What edge profiles do you offer?

We do not undertake any nosing or cutting at the shop. This will be done by the layer that you employ at your site.

13. Where can you deliver the granites?

We can delivery granites anywhere, any state PAN India, we have given deliveries to many clients. Also we can export the granites to any country of your choice. We have had a couple of Indian Clients building their homes in Malaysia and Ethiopia, where their research guided them to buy from us.

14. Can I see the exact slab that will be used in my kitchen?

100% yes. We tag and reserve your slab the day you choose it. You’re welcome to come back and see it anytime before fabrication.
